Subscription Policy
Overview

Our subscription program allows you to receive selected products on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below and give us permission to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order.

Billing and Payments

When you subscribe, your payment method will be charged at the time of your initial purchase. Future recurring charges will occur on a monthly (every four weeks) basis. You must keep a valid payment method on file to maintain your subscription. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry until the payment is completed.

Delivery Schedule

Subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks. You can change your delivery schedule at any time through your customer account.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders follow our standard return and refund policies. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Price Changes

We may update product prices or subscription fees. If this happens, we will notify you before the change takes effect. Continued participation in the subscription after receiving notice confirms your acceptance of the new pricing.
